Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation

Once the material is loaded at the RINL Plant/Hub and the gate pass is generated, the order cannot be canceled or diverted.

2. Returns & Quality Claims

Since TMT bars are industrial goods, returns are only accepted if the material is found to be physically damaged or corroded during transit. Any quality claim must be supported by a report from a certified civil engineer at the time of unloading.

3. Refund Processing

In case of excess payment or approved returns, the refund will be processed back to the original bank account within 5-7 working days.
